SMILE FOR THE MONTH

A clergyman, a keen cricketer, was concerned over whether or not cricket was played in heaven, He prayed that he might have a vision to find out. His prayer was answered and an angel appeared in a dream. The angel said, “The good news is that cricket is played in heaven. The bad news is that you are in the teram next week.”

MINIZONE for children up to seven years old will also meet on Saturday 13th – 10.30 to 11.30.We will be focusing on the “Creation” story and there will be crafts, singing, free play and a chance for both children and parents and carers to make new friendships. £1 entry includes  squash and toast for the children. Further Information Brownhills Methodist Church is an “Alpine” style building sited by the side of the open-air market in Silver Street Brownhills. The Church was opened in April 1967 and last year celebrated its’ 40th Anniversary. The Church was formed from the amalgamation of the Congregations of the two Methodist Chapels that were a hundred yards apart on the High Street in Brownhills. These were the Mount Zion Chapel and the Wesleyan Chapel. The Church is equipped with the re-built pipe organ originally from the Mount Zion Chapel. The pipes are now at the rear of the Church and the Console at the front of the Church.A Joyous Welcome to You From The Brownhills Methodist ChurchWe are delighted you are visiting our website.
