SMILE FOR THE MONTH

An old man goes to the doctors and tells him that he hasn’t been feelling well. The doctor examines him, leaves the room, and comes back with three boxes of pills.

The doctor says “Take the blue pill with a large glass of water when you get up. Take the green pill with a large glass of water after lunch. Then, before going to bed, take the red pill with another large glass of water.”

Startled to be put on so much medication, the elderly man stammers, “Exactly, what is my problem? Tell me, is it serious?”

The doctor replies, “You’re not drinking enough water!”

MINIZONE for children up to seven years old will also meet on Saturday 13th – 10.30 to 11.30 There will be crafts, singing, free play and a chance for both children and parents and carers to make new friendships. £1 entry includes  squash and toast for the children. Please remember this group in your prayers

Further Information Brownhills Methodist Church is an “Alpine” style building sited by the side of the open-air market in Silver Street Brownhills. The Church was opened in April 1967 and last year celebrated its’ 40th Anniversary. The Church was formed from the amalgamation of the Congregations of the two Methodist Chapels that were a hundred yards apart on the High Street in Brownhills. These were the Mount Zion Chapel and the Wesleyan Chapel. The Church is equipped with the re-built pipe organ originally from the Mount Zion Chapel. The pipes are now at the rear of the Church and the Console at the front of the Church.A Joyous Welcome to You From The Brownhills Methodist ChurchWe are delighted you are visiting our website.
